Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING

Made-to-order dresses (standard size or made-to-measure) will be shipped within 5 months. If you need your dress earlier than that, please email us and we will let you know if it is possible.

Samples sale dresses will be shipped within 2 business days and are considered final sale.

Hats will be shipped within 2 business day.

Jackets are made-to-order, please allow 1 month for production.

Veils are made-to-order, please allow 14 days for production.

Masks are made-to-order, please allow 5 business days for production. Due to hygiene concerns, masks are considered final sale.

 

NOTE: If you are local to the Miami area and wish to try on the items first, email us at orders@dorasasu.com to schedule a fitting before purchasing.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

Customers are responsible in ensuring they provide the correct shipping address during checkout. DORA SASU will not be held responsible and will not reimburse shipping fees for incorrect details provided at checkout. DORA SASU will not be held responsible for errors made outside of our control, lost shipments or shipments that are delivered and left in mailbox or at the door.

For international orders, customer is responsible for any custom duties and taxes that may be incurred. If duties are not paid and packages are returned to us, customer will have to pay shipping fees again.

 

RETURNS

We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with it, full priced items (not on sale) can be returned to us for a Store Credit. You can use this credit to purchase your new item. Order cancellations not made within 24 hours, will also be for store credit only.

Custom dresses, custom veils, made-to-measure dresses, and masks are final sale.

Standard size dresses, hats, jackets, and regular veils can be returned for a store credit. Store credits do not expire after issue date, can be used on any item in store and are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your item/s back. DORA SASU does not take responsibility for purchases left unattended at the delivery address, should you wish to have signature at delivery, please note it on order.

Please check the size guide before ordering or email us to confirm the right size for you if you are not sure about it.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All items are checked before packaging and shipment. If an item is damaged on receipt due, DORA SASU will replace it for you, at no shipping cost for you.

Returns are made to our Miami office and postage is covered by the buyer.

Return conditions:

Item/s must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your item for United States. Items returned after 14 calendar days will not be accepted.

For other countries, item/s must be returned within 21 calendar days of receiving your item. DORA SASU does not issue a refund on deliveries that have failed or refused by customers. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs if item’s failed delivery.

Item/s must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached.

Item/s will only be accepted if returned in original condition with all tags attached, free from deodorant, body lotion, tan lotion, and makeup stains.

Item/s must be unworn and un-perfumed, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Item/s must not be damaged, altered or washed.

SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS & MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Items that do not satisfy our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If you return an item that does not meet these conditions, you will have to arrange the shipping for your item back to you. DORA SASU will not cover shipping for the same item if you returned it outside of these conditions.

If you are not available to collect your order and it is return to us (Returned to Sender), you are responsible for the second attempt shipping costs.
